The Oneness Thing Again (In Brief)

Why can’t the experience be put into words? It’s not that it can’t be verbalized it’s that it’s not an experience of something, it’s an experience as something. It’s not purely visionary, it is you. It is not some other being telling you something or showing you something and you feeling something about that–it is you. It is all of you when the part that believes itself to be the whole dissolves.

It can be put into words no more or less than putting you into words. You can narrate events and try to recreate something of your day so that the listener gets a sense of it but that’s as far as you can take them. They have to actually be you to fully understand you.

And so it is with the universal.
